Scope and operator

These Terms govern your use of Collab.Ninja, including collab.ninja, as a scheduling service. Own The Algo Holdings operates the service. Our mailing address is 455 E. Pebble Rd STE 230401, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Questions or legal notices may be sent to support@ownthealgo.com.

Scheduling service

Collab.Ninja lets you request, book, reschedule, or cancel meetings with an identified host. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. A booking is subject to the availability shown by the service and the host’s applicable scheduling rules.

The meeting host may use a connected calendar to check availability and create the related calendar event. Meeting locations, including third-party video meeting services, are shown in the applicable booking flow or confirmation.

Your information and meeting conduct

You are responsible for information you submit through the booking form and for your conduct during any meeting. Do not submit another person’s information without authority, interfere with the service, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Meeting recording, transcription, or streaming requires any notice and permissions applicable to the interaction. A meeting link alone is not permission to record, publish, or otherwise reuse a participant’s communications.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or protect the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or material misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular meeting outcome, or the availability of a host at every requested time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through Collab.Ninja.

Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these Terms and any permitted venue, subject to nonwaivable consumer protections and any legally required local forum. Before commencing a formal dispute, contact support@ownthealgo.com with a description of the issue and desired resolution. This does not restrict any right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Changes and contact
